The leader who writes the code

My journey started in the field: with young people at camps, and with teams in humanitarian projects and supply chains. That is where I learned that the best system is the one that gives people their time back for what matters. Today I lead a small multidisciplinary team building smart platforms and tools for real systems: associations, NGOs, international events, and thousands of leaders and young people.

I learned leadership in the field before I wrote my first line of code. That's why we build tools that serve people — not the other way around.
