It keeps member records, activities, finances, equipment and reports together. AI drafts the minutes, reports and plans, and the leader reviews them and decides. It works in Arabic and English and has a free version.

It keeps member and leader records, annual program planning, finances, inventory and equipment, quarterly and annual reports and meeting minutes in one place. We built it because leaders were spending their time on paperwork instead of in the field, and because records got lost when a troop changed leaders.
Is Smart Scout Manager free?
Smart Scout Manager has a free version with member and leader records, admin forms, the badge reference, equipment and cash logs, and the full scouting library. Paid plans add features such as the parent portal, AI planning and unlimited records. Associations and councils have a separate Enterprise plan, priced to fit their needs.
Does Smart Scout Manager work for scout associations and councils?
Yes. Smart Scout Manager has an Enterprise plan for associations and councils. It adds dashboards across several troops, consolidated reports, badge approval, circulars, a training-bag generator, financial projects and media management. The goal is to give an association officer one picture of what is happening across all troops, instead of collecting it from scattered reports.
How does Smart Scout Manager use AI?
In Smart Scout Manager, AI only writes drafts. It helps with more than 12 tasks, including minutes, reports, plans and design material. The leader reads the draft, edits it, then approves it. The decision stays with the leader, not the tool, and the time the platform saves goes back to the kids.
Does Smart Scout Manager read my whole Google Calendar?
No. Google Calendar sync in Smart Scout Manager is optional and asks for the narrowest permission possible: access only to the one calendar the app creates. The app cannot see or edit your other calendars. The access token stays in your browser, we do not store or sell calendar data, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.

Smart Scout Manager works in Arabic and English, on computers, phones and tablets running Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. You start at ssm.scouthub.dev with the free version, then move to the plan that fits your troop or association.
